Columbia has tossed aside the mission at the heart of undergraduate liberal arts education: preparing student to be citizens in a pluralistic democracy.
This is excellent (and sad). We all owe you so much for being such a strong and consistent voice on this, Joe.
This was a good read but doesn't convey a sense of self reflection. WHY is Palestine the stopping point? And the writer's own participation in that WHY. Why is questioning -this- the unacceptable question? Without that self examination this falls flat.
