Family Visit

Comic concept description: Branlin, a tall silvery dragon, and Isaac, a small cat person, are walking up a small mountain to visit the grave of Isaac's deceased mother. Page 1 Dialogue: Branlin: "Hey Isaac? Where are we going?" Isaac: "Just paying someone a visit before we leave... It won't take long..."
Isaac lingers in front of his mom's grave for a long time before speaking up Isaac: "Hi mom. It's been a while hasn't it! A lot's happened since my last visit. I got into some trouble on a trip to Aurema and met some new friends, who I've been traveling with ever since!" He gestures to Branlin "This is Branlin btw!" Branlin: "um, hi." Isaac: "-One of the new friends I mentioned. You'd like her..."
Isaac: "She's strong, and clever and creative and thoughtful... and kind... and... a-anyways!!" "I just wanted to let you know I'm doing my best to be brave. I hope I can make you proud someday" Branlin: "Do you think she can really h-" Isaac (cutting her off): "No. She's not even really buried here. Not like there was much of a body left to bury anyways, but it's a nice thought, isn't it?" As Isaac stares silently at the grave, tears well up in Branlin's eyes and drop on top of Isaac's head with a loud plop sound.
Isaac looks up surprised at branlin who reaches out and pulls him into a tight hug as she cries: "I'm sorry I'm sorry... I-" Isaac cuts her off again with a softer tone: "Branlin..." Branlin: "I know, I know..." Isaac: "Thank you."

"do you rp" isn't an instant social faux pas because it's thirsty or too forward. It's a faux pas because it's the lowest of low effort. If you want to RP have an interesting idea, be attentive and be a good writer. If you don't give someone a jumping off point they're not going to jump off with you
