Interesting! The 1911s doesn’t usually have a 21k nib. Could it be that you got a 1911L instead? That one has a 21k, and it looks the same aside from being larger.

Very interesting! I've measured my new friend, and it's very definitely 135mm long capped, rather than 140mm, so the body is that of a 1911 Standard, but, the stamping on the nib says 21K, and, it's noticeably softer and smoother than the 14K nib on my PGS. Maybe I have an oops?
