Every single one of these things is pitched as giving workers more time and freedom to be creative, when literally not a single employer in America cares about workers having time and freedom. Workers who have time and freedom are workers who can and will be fired.

They ripped away the one thing that actually gave a lot of people more time and freedom - and increased productivity! - as soon as they could by ending work from home and forcing everyone back into a cubicle.

There is a saying.. goes something like "cutting costs all the way to bankruptcy" ...not quite it..but close.. 🤨
