Having your own terms & conditions doesn't matter; corporates override them with their own anyway. I just rage-read 2 fine-print pages of T&Cs for a new client that's all about my duties and my potential failures and nothing about theirs.
Tfw you get a new consulting client and you're excited to do the work. Then they put you through their procurement process and you remember why you hate all things corporate and went back to a creative life that doesn't pay the bills.
It may help to contact your embassy in Phnom Penh and let them know you're paying attention and they should apply pressure.
