I think you shouldn't have to share specific details about your artistic methods and techniques in ALT text. It's both sufficient and appropriate to describe the image, not to give away your entire process and methodology because another embroiderer wants to copy you

That's such a stupid attitude. The cervix may not have nerve endings but taking a punch out of it triggers instantaneous cramping and nausea that's unlike anything I've ever felt before or since. Not at all pleasant!
Yeah I had a cervical biopsy once in my early 20s and it was more painful than either the breast or lung biopsies I've had. I woke up during sedation from the pain of the lung biopsy too, so idk what they're thinking not offering any decent pain management for cervical biopsies

The way they assumed he was ODing at the end instead of having taken seriously every attempt to report his symptoms and get him proper medical care is so sick and sad. They wanted him to die. They want prisoners and drug users to go ahead and die without adequate care. I hope they face consequences.
not to belabor the obvious but. the other prisoners, the people we're supposed to be afraid of, tried to save his life. the people who are supposedly there to protect us -- sheriff's deputies, doctors and nurses -- denied him care for a month and let him die in agony. charge was trespassing.
