i made an Amazon wishlist of things i have personally found helpful or similar items. (and a few "gosh i need this!") www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/...
i have one of those hospital tables that rolls under the bed. and a few clamps that go under the matress to hold my tablet and phone. i have a galaxy light projector and black out curtains for a more gentle low light i have me/cfs not LC
- Canes + a rollator for walking - Ice hat + ice socks - Heating pads (one is infrared), a Warmies stuffie, + a heated massager for knees - A little lap desk that I can use in bed - Neck pillows - Noise cancelling headphones - Dark sunglasses - Tiger balm, cbd cream 🤔 I’m sure there’s more
Honestly, if it’s in the budget, I cannot recommend a tablet computer enough. Using a laptop was very very difficult, but a tablet moves with me.
Visible app and wearable tracker, shower stool
For foot problems while needing to walk around, I would recommend Asics Gel running shoes. However, they are apparently on the BDS list.
If by lying down you mean lying flat, but still want to be able to look at your laptop, I'm a fan of just cheapo 90 degree prism glasses.
My son gets light headed in the shower so a shower stool is invaluable. Cooling and heating, the best the budget can afford. Bamboo/cotton clothing. Weighted blanket if you like them
