I agree with @brnikat.bsky.social - got to be the Pinwheel. In the phone image you can see most of the Big Dipper, Arcturus, and Corona Borealis. The streak passes right above the handle, which is where you find M101. Have you been watching/monitoring/measuring T CrB??

M101 is right! I've visually observed T CrB a few times. I need to take some images and measurements for the next few months.
