I personally hope that you pursue what you want to draw, regardless of how successful it is. Obviously, be aware of what makes you productive income-wise, you do need to eat and have shelter, friends, etc. But I think it's important to take breaks from being creative just for others.

Sadly commissions are my only form of income, would like to have a subscription method, but I need it be compatible with Paypal and at the same time that allows me to submit NSFW content without problem, my last option would be pixiv, but i dislike how the site works.

Being able to express how you feel, what you feel, what you want to express through your skill, is something that takes practise and I think every artist ought to do it.
