I’m pretty sure superpac owners aren’t supposed to campaign for candidates. and federal contractors aren’t supposed to campaign for candidates. and probably federal contractors aren’t supposed to own superpacs. and owning a media platform on top of all that doesn’t seem great.
And probably Bond villains shouldn't have federal contracts.
As one who went to great lengths to meticulously follow the law when I ran a political campaign while a federal contractor & resigned from boards to avoid any whiff of conflict of interest, Musk (& Trump) escaping consequences makes me deeply angry. The only difference was I wasn't rich & powerful.

Sure. There’s likely a whole mess of crimes and violations happening. But no one’s going to credibly enforce that for right-wing PACs and SuperPACs.
