A movie I actually despise, but watching Lagaan first day first show was surreal. The entire theatre was screaming nobody sat down & in the Indians vs British cricket match that was the centrepiece of the film ppl were cheering every shot and counting down score like it was a real match, wild shit

I loved Lagaan despite not knowing much about cricket and not being partial to musicals, so I'm curious as to why you hated it. Was there something I missed?
