The sentence for ‘stone throwing’ is up to 20 years. For stone throwing 🙄 Many are are taken and detained indefinitely to punish the community.

You asked for the ‘mean’ age. Anyone who is under 18 is a minor, a child. I think it also might be a perception issue if you are young. I’m in my 50s and 16/17 is still a child.
