Well, the theory is, they should resent me for being a bad person behind the act. If you want to know what would make me a bad person -- I have the same anxiety thoughts as a lot of people. It's those ones.
I'll probably go home and think normal thoughts later. I'll probably hypnotize someone, and they won't vanish into my control the way I fantasize about, and both of us will know it. But it's still cozy and it makes me feel like I'm at home inside.
Suffice it to say: what I do has a sly entangled relationship with my fantasy. Confronting the object of my fantasy head on means I have to actually see it. Is anyone good at that? Well, I'm not.
And how would that feel? I don't think it stifles you. It might negate you.
Make no mistake: I see you; I objectify you. It's just that, when I daydream, I see what I'd like to see. You might speak, but I supply the end of the sentence.
Nothing really makes it easier to actually confront another person. Have you really done that? Because I think sometimes I fantasize about control to not do that.
