Also, women married pretty late in their twenties, as soon as they could find gainful employment outside of their own homes. Early teen marriages were not really a thing. Romantic love and partnership were not “invented” in the 19th century.

There’s the EUTOPIA young leaders’ program, which includes 10 unis in Europe, and is meant to support inter alia development of leadership skills for ECRs eutopia-university.eu/english-vers.... Sounds good in theory, can’t yet tell what its impact will be.
I published it open access (cc-by) on UB Regensburg’s epub server. It was the fastest way to the PhD title in Germany. Initially not 100% happy with the choice, now I really am! The book will be a lot different, and the thesis is a different kind of piece altogether. Good to have it out with a DOI!
The query that produced the map is intended to identify all botanists ‘born between 1610 and 1730’, as far as I can tell, but the dataset is highly limited imho, as it only includes ppl with ‘botanist’ as occupation. So wiki data that is only in Hu, De, Ro is not queried, I think.
I think Koleseri Samuel matches the period, but he wasn’t mainly a botanist? Surely, there are plenty more ( can’t think of any names right now)
