Here in Texas, the transitional period between hot weather and cold weather is very brief. I need to take advantage of these rare good weather days as much as possible. Will be going on a walk later.
Bluesky is funny because I can’t recall any other platform where its growth is explicitly tied to the collective hate for one person.
I've got mixed opinions on privated likes (not that anyone asked me.) On one hand, I'm a big fan of people minding their own business. But at the same time, I recognize the need for checking whether someone's trust worthy, as well as fulfilling curiosity needs, and stuff like that.
The way I see it, this place as a better version of Twitter. But since Twitter came first, it's already mainstream, which is the biggest thing preventing Bsky from replacing it. This also applies to this account, so until Twitter self-destructs, posting there will be my priority, rather than here.
