I found a little frog repeatedly in a large plant pot sheltering in the wet soil. I have the top of the pot covered with a towel to stop it drying out in the intense heat & I keep removing the frog as I’m worried that it might get trapped in there and bake if it dries out & gets too hot in there.

Today's Gardening Advice: This is shrub honeysuckle, or Lonicera tatarica. It's quite invasive, as birds readily eat the berries and spread them around. Once a commonly planted ornamental, now it's a menace. 🌱
