I have an outpatient appointment on Monday. I have been asked to register for two apparently totally different apps. One shows me the appointment and a letter relating to it. The other shows me the appointment and says explicitly that there is no letter.

Meanwhile the NHS app tells me I am waiting for an appointment which may be up to 26 weeks away. The technology is there, sort of, but the deployment is weird and the patient experience confusing. And I still had to ring a frequently engaged phone number to make the appointment in the first place
