Whenever the winemakers I know or follow talk about barrel management, this just goes through my head.

I'm wondering if using wood chips, what many cheap wines use instead of barrels, would work with beer 🤔
I love drinking beers in San Diego. North Park has a ton of breweries and it's an easy walk from Hillcrest.
I once did a horizontal in San Diego of some microbrew's Doppelbock (I think, it might have been something else) years ago. They aged the same beer 4 ways - Stainless, Cocoa Nib, French Oak, and Bourbon Barrels. That was one of the coolest flights I've ever done at a brewery.
That first requires a piercing, which in itself is a logistical challenge for me. But if I am going to do something like that, it needs to be way less exposed. That one is way way to open for me.
Eh. I'm not too worried about keeping it up. It's a fun challenge if everything aligns. I'm already on a cycle where I'm locked up for 7-14 days and out for a week or so.
Ooh, that sounds tasty!
There's no why I could be caged up on two wheels of either type. My mind cringes thinking how bad that would feel on my bikes.
Since I've been getting more active again, it's harder for me to stay in a chastity cage long term. Looks like about 2 weeks is my limit before my skin needs a break. Locktober can be fun, but always listen to your body. A chafed scrotum is no fun, as I learned the hard way last year.
