Yeah, that kind of thing is starting to really fuck my head up. I've gotten to the point where finding out people who are in their early 30's, getting married and having kids look entirely too young for that to me...even though I was in fact married and had a kid at *24*.
I feel like an underremarked upon aspect is to make public schools as weird and hostile as possible in order to push charter/private/homeschooling. Like I think that is a very conscious feature of this stuff

I suppose...but I feel as though that kinda defeats the whole purpose. I never met an alcoholic drink that I would drink if it wasn't alcoholic. Unless you count cider, I suppose. Problem is that my tolerance is so low, a single drink puts me right out. Immediate sleepy time.
