Mine is probably going to be around improving my assessment/feedback whilst circulating.
To be fair, not all MATs are like this. Although some operate like this, others do great work prioritising collaboration between teachers and effectively managing staff workload. Some good MAT leaders out there, some bad (and the same goes for Local Authority schools too).
