As professional drivers, they should be among the best on the the road, just as LGV drivers should be and usually are. Not sure why taxi/PHV drivers so frequently fall so far short - is it just lack of enforcement?
Does anyone with knowledge of newspaper pricing know why there's no micro-payments for reading one article? I would often pay say, 50p, to read an article of interest in the FT or New York Times; I'm not gonna pay £400 per year digital subscription. I'd guess cannibalisation quite low.
