Santa Cruz County votes to ban sale of filtered tobacco products

The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on Tuesday to ban the sale of filtered cigarettes in unincorporated areas of the county.

Kill the smokers off faster, sounds sensible to me. Those things get into animals stomachs and kill them. I saw a horse get taken in to a vets with that issue. Cigarette filters eaten with grass. There was nothing they could do, it had to be put down in the end.
