Literally any specialized knowledge is an exception to ELI5. Philosophy teachers are not scientists, and anyone who says that has never learned about a technical topic in their life.
This is not a problem that can be explained to a 5-year-old except by saying that what you're asking for is so hard that even Google can't do it effectively.
Because your basic premise is that this would be better than a search function, but your prime example (Google blurbs) doesn't even work, despite having the entire Google cloud driving it.
The problem is that what you want doesn't exist and cannot exist in any usable form with current technology.
That does kinda defeat the purpose of your entire concept, though.
