All the kids are talking about how cool ego death is but the one time I experienced it I didn't know what it was and I feel like I squandered it >:T

in my experience it's very much like meditation or a dream dipping into lucidity- once you realize you're Experiencing it, you're likely to stop Experiencing it because you started glancing into your own narrative experience again 💭

ego death is a wild ride. it can be terrifying if you're unprepared for it honestly.

honestly I oscillate between craving ego death as a freedom from my insecurities and resenting the whole idea. Ego's good! Ego's great! Queerness wouldn't exist without ego. Chillaxed women rarely make history, etc etc.
