Total garbage! When I lived in Ohio a few years ago, I voted absentee *one time* and they then tried to remove me from the rolls for three years in a row, at which point I had moved away, so I removed myself.
The usps is actually a kind of corporation created by the executive branch. There are some orgs in the federal bureaucracy of this sort. Still a bit odd.
