I don't know what it is, but the ethos of this place feels different. Maybe after seeing the toxicity of Twitter, it becomes harder to imagine that a large group of people can be kind and decent to each other.

It does feel weird. We're so used to toxicity that non toxic spaces just, feel weird. I look forward to getting used to it.

Yeah. Feels like a an after party with the people you know, after attending the pretentious main party with all the climbers you have to rub elbows with.

I like it here too, but this is a very small, self-selected group of less than 40,000. Time will tell if the new approach to moderation and filtering planned for the AT Protocol will allow good vibes to prevail when there are 4 million people here.
