I'm not sure the current changes actually amount to "scrapping blocking" legally and suspect Twitter have tuned this move to the legally possible but we'll see because there's no guarantee they've done so competently!
This is not that positive though. People keep going back. BS needs to figure out why that is - though if it is social there's not much they can do other than wait and hope the waves build rather than diminish.

This will undoubtedly be the tip of the iceberg, and doesnt even cover issues such as GPs just trying to make it more difficult to fill prescriptions by arbitrarily setting the system so they need to be reauthorised by a GP every month, 1/2
