Here I am, just about to see Geoff Tate play in front of about 200 people in Swansea. In his heyday, he’d have been looking out at 30,000 fans at festival shows. The only explanation I can find, as The Carpenters would say, is that the legacy guys just love playing music.
What I love about Jimmy Carter is that he hasn’t lost his trademark sense of humour. Always saying things like “100 years is too many” and “kill me”. He’s still the Joker In Chief! 😂
