I think this is actually a really great example of like.... a lot of well-meaning people have assumed that as racists are exposed to other cultures they will naturally become less racist by seeing value in those cultures, and what actually happens is they identify the things they want to STEAL

Actually if you're at all interested in extremely unique, cool, retro games, check out the PS1 title, Blue: The Legend of Water. It was Japan-only and translated by Hilltop. It's an incredible underwater sci-fi adventure swimming game. 10/10 experience.
What I love about anime is that long-running series always get non-canon movies made about them and I wish that was a thing with US television shows too. Like how awesome would it be if there was a random non-canon Breaking Bad movie in which Walt and Jesse saved Christmas.
