OK so basically 3 things: 1. A supplemental form of the "post" biotics our microbiomes make when they're well fed (e.g. butyrate, and fermented foods like yogurt or sauerkraut if you can tolerate them) 2. Resistant starch to hopefully feed the microbiome again 3. Antioxidant rich teas and soups

(The antioxidants seem to help CRTL+ALT+DEL the antagonistic relationship between the immune system and microbiome And they also may act as bonus nutrients for the microbiome)
