yeah, I ask because the horse chestnut is not susceptible to the same problem so they've never gone away. lots of big ones here in Cambridge too. no American chestnut ever gets that mature at this point, except for the new hybridized ones 🤞
oh!! So I shouldn't eat the ones under these Ft Greene trees...?
