Yesterday was foggy, kind of good-magical. Went to bed with rain-sounds, awoke to light rain. No rain now, cloudy, 66F. I'm handling my cleithrophobia with trigger management, L-theanine, and ashwagandha. The last two rehearsals went OK. Two Christmas harp concerts scheduled.
Anyway I've been noticing a trend of people(tiktok) taking ashwagandha as basically a otc sleep aid/anti depressant?? And yes, they basically take like 6 at a time if not more like its fruit gummies Just drink tea or something and take a melatonin 😭
