A place I used to live actually had a shop where you could buy rarely used herbs and spices by the teaspoon. You took your own container. Perfect for trying out interesting recipes.

Nah, just four adults whose combined emotional intelligence could fit in a teaspoon 😂

We used to have a zero waste shop in our town. You took your own containers and could buy as much as you liked of whatever you wanted. I bought a teaspoon of chia seeds once! It was brilliant, I really miss it 😢

We have a co-op grocery store with bulk bin spices and it’s the best thing ever! Need 1 teaspoon of a random spice for a recipe? No problem! Also less waste (I just keep refilling my old spice jars). They even have things like baking powder, boullion, etc.

I've seen cooks/bakers with Teaspoon and Tablespoon measurements on the palms of their hands, so this would be analogous.

Yes, I have an insta-hot faucet so I run a teaspoon under it for a 3-count, let it cool for a 3-count, then apply until it cools down enough that it doesn't feel like it's working anymore & VOILA! Run the hottest water you've got (does'nt need to be boiling) & put the concave part on the bite.
