it rarely tips into full-on ideation for me thankfully but damn, life just keeps on not letting up for like anybody I know. always just trying to hold onto whatever small goodness I can for however long i can though 🫂

At work we had crafted a paragraph about what services to contact for suicidal ideation in our documents to patients, purposefully listing 988 first and 911 last. We've been doing it since 988 came out. This week the Board made the decision that 911 needs to be listed FIRST.
Your suicidal ideation is actively harmful and you should keep it to yourself.
