I dunno. There's a certain level of stickiness re network effects. If a large cohort moves (see LawTwitter -> LawSky) that applies both ways

I'm continually astounded by how obviously 'wrong' so many high profile defamation suits are. If an average layperson with a passing familiarity with LawSky/LawTwitter can look at it for 30 seconds and be like 'this is a loser of a case', why do actual lawyers write them?

Bluesky now has over 10 million users, and I was #910,325! I'm very happy here even though I wish the rest of LawTwitter would make its way over here.

I just never expected it. I expect it from everyone else. My law school classmates, attorneys I’ve worked with, lawtwitter, my law school counselor but not my family.

LawTwitter peeps will understand my frustration. On mere allegations people have picked their side & declared the accused worse than hitler. Charges look bad but there are several things my mind is stuck on There is 1 thing they could show that would convince me, the accused fingerprint on the thing
