If Bluesky seems dead or low activity on your end it might be that you haven't yet made the most of its design. It's different from Twitter in some key ways so you have to interact differently. I'm writing these tips below from my non-techy perspective, techies please weigh in if I get things wrong:

Our work on clustering the 214M AlphaFold protein structure was published in @Nature. We identified 2.3M clusters using our fast structure cluster algorithm and analysed its annotations, evolution and novel domains. Work with Pedro Beltrao. 1/n 📄 www.nature.com/articles/s41...cluster.foldseek.com

The novel Foldseek clustering algorithm defines 2.30 million clusters of AlphaFold structures, identifying remote structural similarity of human immune-related proteins in prokaryotic species.

Crowdsourcing request for climate/paleoclimate people: I'm looking for a pub or web resource that shows mean annual surface temperatures (1) present/recent (2) modeled future under 1 or more RCP & (3) models for 1 or more "ancient" (say Miocene) configurations. Would be grateful for any suggestions!

cool, I was wondering if it was an easy change but clearly it isn't 👍 good to hear you plan to put this in eventually though 😃 Thanks for the cool interface, i understand it's early days and many features require attention on your part

hi @deck.blue! I'm very much enjoying the interface, but I just realized that threads get displayed one post at a time ie when I click the start post I see the first two, and I have to click the 2nd to see the 3rd (and so on). Is showing the whole thread (like the native app) an easy change?
