Why starting with Austrian then? Do we know if folks prominent in other schools have been approached? My prior is that they haven’t.
Never once in its history (1st volume is from 2009), the Review featured chapters on post-Keynesian, classical-Marxian, feminist, etc. Apparently, Austrian econ (a clearly ideological enterprise) is the only non-mainstream field deserving inclusion in the Annual review. 2/2
