Could not agree more with this. It's a nonsense exercise in which we basically go 'you, the opposition parties, have very limited resources. Make some promises that are basically not going to add up except by coincidence!'

Yes correct. Heathrow runway 3 was ruled illegal in various important local impact ways because the M25 and the M4 give everyone locally NOx and particulates poisoning, not the planes - but the CO2 impact absolutely is the planes
