Vancouver is a backwater logging town that is facing typical growing city issues, while having an influx of capital, and two decades of record low interest rates, all the while having a city hall that is largely resistant to change during all that time.
Main Street is technically a sharrows street, which is why Google has it like that, and kingsway’s bus lane also includes bikes when it’s in effect.
It's so weird, I've never had google give me poor directions when cycling.
I find it really depends on application. It's a wonderful hardwood, but in the past 10 years, it's absolutely overused. (it's also getting really expensive, primarily because the US is buying so much of it for railway expansion and upgrades)

Honestly the only thing that's going to clear this up is that envelope changes for the pipes, and placement of heatpump do not constitute a major change to the common property. Which is going to make a lot of people mad.
I know for us, strata is complaining we don't have enough electricity capacity, and saying that a heat pump would require a 3/4 majority vote. (we do if you drop one circuit that is currently doing electric baseboards- people just don't understand math)
Absolutely an option. Text me.

Put the tenon in, and cut a sliver of wood and jam it in at the same time. Once it’s sanded, you’ll never know.
