I remember very clearly when Trump refused to send ventilators to New York and we had refrigerator trucks full of bodies driving around the streets because the crematoriums were running at capacity and bodies were being buried three deep in a potter’s field on Hart Island.
Lately been turning on movies while I finish up paperwork at the end of the day. Today is a double-feature of An American Werewolf in London and The Third Man. Literally no connection except both are on Prime, so why not.

Part of what's happened here is that people - in tech but also more broadly - have had their brains broken by software scale. Millions - tens of millions - hundreds of millions - of people use software products. Their makers don't see anything smaller as having any utility. (1/n)
