Oh the humanity!

Looks like their estimates have stabilized more or less. It's been at around 80% valuation loss for about half a year.

I'm here because i've seen the same idea realized, albeit at a smaller scale, and the result is the most unintentionally funny thing i've read in my entire life. Better yet, it was the human editing that is responsible for the dumbest issues.

Led Attack

I was just turning 9 as it was happening, having trouble to fall asleep, thinking about my building potentially being next. Later there was no way to travel on public transport without a constant reminder - announcements about "owner-less items" and "counter-terrorist measures" on every train.

An important detail: to boost Putin's ratings, him being from the KGB / FSB, a false flag terror campaign was run, blowing up apartment blocks, scaring people into voting for a "security" officer. His cool tagline (roughly translated) was "we're gonna kill then even in the shitter".

And there's no system to punish the bad faith claims. Nothing stands between the video creator and some random scum claiming the entirety of their work over a few seconds of random sounds. Oh and... guess who gets all the ad revenue if there's a copyright claim!

Turns out, it's not the worst case even. Some people had the sound of water copyright claimed, some had that happen even for their voice. And the last time i tried the appeal system, it first went to the right "holder" to consider and the window for that was up to 30 days.

It's time for a story: nearly 10 years ago i uploaded a silly video of me playing War Thunder in arcade mode. The airfields had an siren that sounded if enemy planes were close. The video got copyright claimed for that specific sound because some song used it too. Attempt to appeal the claim failed.
