Learnt that a quad-blinded trial is one where none of the participants, care providers, investigators, or outcome assessors know which arm is which. Only the PI does. So I guess the normal form of that is a quint-blinded study where no one knows what the fuck is going on.
100 missiles from Iran is a statement: this is well within the capability of Israel to destroy with limited to no damage. But it is also nowhere near what Iran could launch in earnest. I really hope that everyone de-escalates. But I worry that Israel will escalate and then Iran will too.
