Long covid and ME/CFS peeps can anyone sum up the theory on using antihistamines as a treatment for fatigue? Do they suppress inflammation? Just a topline summary is all I need (brain too borked for anything complicated)

Have any Long Covid or ME/CFS people experienced an improvement in their symptoms after treatment of a H. pylori infection? Doesn’t seem like there could be a connection but I’ve definitely noticed a difference in muscle pain & PEM
