In its mildest form, #MECFS is still widely misunderstood as fatigue, despite being debilitating. In its most severe form, M.E. is ignored by medical professionals and rarely represented in the media. Patient organisations have got to get better at communicating with the media.

Adventures in the world made my heart so happy. I try not to dwell on it but I miss the world so much. ❤️

I've been thinking a lot lately about how much I miss travel. Hotels. Travel hubs. Road trips. Pit stops. Smells of new places. Differences in the air. Feelings of adventure and discovery. The tingly excitement of new possibilities. #MECFS#pwME#MillionsMissing#NEISvoid

So exhausted from taking our furkiddo to the vet today. The brain fog is off the charts and the muscle pain isn’t far behind. 🫠 #crashing#PEM#MECFS#pwME#meeplife#meep

Well, that’s not cool. Grrr.

We got more snow yesterday. It's so pretty! ❄️ It's supposed to be very cold this weekend. 🥶 Super grateful my little fam and I will be safe and warm. Thinking of the many folks who will be enduring the cold with less safety and less warmth this weekend. ❤️

Left the house today. Dentist. Drove there and back. Showered Saturday. Was entirely too productive over the weekend. Haven't pushed like this in a while. Brain fog, muscle fatigue and pain reminding me why I try to stay within my energy limits now. #pwME#MECFS#pacing
